I just learned of a new method to block spirits and thought I would share this with the group.
I create an armoured box then I seal it with psychic glue. I then create an opening in the box with a tube running through it to bring in white light, very strong light. I seal the box with pink mesh. I then create a box around my head and have the tube running into another box encasing my lungs then another tube that connects to another box that encases my heart. Whenever I need more light or protection I see the light coming through the tube and it lasts all day. You can instruct to have the boxes with you all the time just strengthen them everyday. It's a great system and for added strength ask your angels and guides to stand guard so nothing gets through (be sure to put psychic glue on the outside of each tube). They are all interconnected.
