Hello all,
thought id post this and see if anyone may have a clue as to what this is.. over the past 2 weeks ive been having problems with my entire left side of my body.. to break it down a bit... it started out with cramps in my left foot anytime i moved it it would cramp up.. nothing too major but still annoying enough for me to have noticed it.. then the other day i got a REALLY bad cramp in my left butt cheek (for no aparent reason) and it was so bad that it was causing my entire left leg to tingle and go numb... i was terrified that i wouldnt be able to walk once i had to get back up.. luckily it didnt last more then 15 mins and all was well... after that incident my left knee has been hurting.. now i have very bad knees but i havent done anything to make the problems flare up and so it should not be hurting at all! so i dont understand why this is happening.. now my knee has been hurting for the past few days.. its on and off and not too terrible or anything but again still annoying enough for me to notice it.. then yesterday i noticed what felt like tension in the left side of my neck when i went to massage it to get it out there was none there but the feeling of it persisted.. ... i understand that cramps are often caused by lack of calcium in the body however that is not the problem (and even if it were it should be doing it on my right side as well).. also like said none of this has aparent reasons for happening, as well as why my left side? so if anyone can pick up on anything or has any idea what this may be id appreciate any feedback!

Just a couple of things came to mind ... the left has to do with the future - fear of ... I was thinking of something being off in your lower lumbar area, but then you mentioned the neck, but it's still possible - do you see a chiropractor at all?

i was seeing a chiropractor this summer.. my spine was so messed up that my ribcage was turning sideways! (talk about pain!)
i havent seen her in quite a few months though.. my back has been fine other then some tension in it.. do you think this may have been happening due to stress?
