What does Clairaudial entail?
The reason why I’m asking is because I am hearing strange sounds, but no voices only sounds.
Ex. I once heard water bubbling next to me on my desk. (Like a effervescent tablet dissolving), another time i had a felling of a door slamming (there are no doors in my office)
It almost like I’m hearing things in a parallel universe.

This has only started happening in the last two/three months

Is this Clairaudience or am I just going mad?

PS
I think I have also been seeing things; I catch things in the corner of my eye.
Things like dark shadow of someone in the front yard.
Thick white smoke close to the floor.
Two intertwining lights (seen this above the desk of one of my colleagues and in front of my car when driving at night).
BUT as soon as I look at it, it's gone!!!
