I'm not sure if my centering methods caused this. I bring in the colors of the rainbow from the earths core but I don't know why it would open my aura. This thing has been with me all night. I tried sealing it a few times since last night so please just check my aura again to make sure it's not open. I tried binding it with a celtic cross at the back too. This is a real nasty spirit and he has to go I really need some help here.

He goes right for my heart even though I'm shielding, centering and grounding.
