what u want to do first is determine the parameters you want for your circle.. while it is cast you DO NOT want to leave it.. if im doing work in the house i usually cast circle over my entire property! after you decide the paramaters start visualizing a shield the way you would for shielding yourself.. be sure that everyone inside of the circle is grounded properly! negative energies will always have an in if someone is not grounded properly! then what i do is i stand up and say "i cast this circle in white light and trust"
i raise my hands to the sky "above me"
put my hands to the ground "below me"
stretch my arms to the sides and spin clock wise while saying "and to the sides"
then i stop and say "nothing may enter this circle nothing at all!"
voila your circle is cast..
when you are done with your workings u want to close the circle and its the same concept as opening it just in reverse...
"i close this circle in white light and trust"
hands to sky" above me"
hands to ground" below me"
hands to sides this time spinning counter clock wise" and to the sides"
stop
"eventhough the circle is uncast it remains unbroken!"
voila you have opened and closed circle
