When I first opened up I can honestly say it was pretty terrifying to say the least. Not all 4 years olds see spirits, lol...I think as I got much older there came an acceptance along with my opening the door to other abilities I never knew I had. I guess when your time is right things begin to surface. The key is allowing for them to become a part of you and not block it.

I too CV came to understand at a very young age. I openly except what
my creator has given to me. It has taken a few years to learn how to make
them( spirits) wait and when I have finished with one then another will take it's place. Many know that I have seven with me all the time. That is my limit. and the others wait patiently. I used to get bombarded like a
train has arived and hundreds stand on the platform and I am the one telling them can you please wait untill I have an opening! so I know they are waiting in the side lines. They don't bother me while I meditate. or when I need to cleanse my aura/ re-charge my chakras. If I am not balanced and grounded then I am no good to any one. I love what I do.
I don't have time off. I call it time out. I try and give my self at least 6 hours to my self. play some music while I clean house, bath and prepare meals.
then I am ready to tune in again. I don't know if I mentioned this however,
I have clairvoyance, clairaudiant, clairsentient. and an empath.(medium)
sums it up.
