ive always been closer to animals then humans.. most of my guides come to me as animals rather then humans as they know im more comfortable that way...
when i was a young child i noticed that animals seemed to talk to me telepathicly.. usually telling me of an illness or something of the like..
not all animals chose to communicate with me, however many of them do.. not only do i pick up messages from animals telepathicly but also as an empath.. if i come near an animal in severe pain or one which is very sick it hurts me very very badly and from time to time i will even break out into tears because of it (roadkill always kills a piece of me!) often i will communicate back to the animal by simply talking to them, if they are not calm enough to listen to my voice i will send telepathic messages and use energy work to help calm them..
im no expert in this by far but it is one of my gifts
