I find with guided meditation CD's now that my third eye is open it really helps me stay focused. I can clearly see actual images both full faces and bodies as well as symbols. Meditation really helps to achieve this so if your looking to open up your third eye this really works (the aid of a spirit can also help too). If you feel you have spirits in your home or a presence that seems rather helpful to you and your family don't be afraid to ask for help. They come to mediums and psychic for a reason.
