This is the foundation for all other areas like wanting to go to your the Skyscraper, Beach of time, etc. You must first go to your basic psychic level then go to one of the others.
. Relax in a quiet place
. Close your eyes
. Visualize a spiral staircase with ten steps curving down to the bottom floor.
. Visualize yourself standing on the top step looking down
. then take one step down to the ninth floor and say " deeper psychic level"
. Do this for each step until you reach the bottom and say " I am now at a strong psychic level that I can use for a strong psychic performance. I can reach this level whenever i wish from counting from three to one.
Do it again but with your eyes open and KEEP PRACTICING......
