Hello all,
its about time i start posting more.. so i thought id post some excersizes to develop telekenisis, since well so many people want to do it!
with telekenisis the key is connecting with the energies of the object you want to move... to learn to connect i suggest u start by finding someone who is open to these things but i can also trust to not 'play' and be deceitful about the excersize.. u will need the person physically there with you though! what u do is have them stand with thier back to you.. u stand a few feet behind them.. put your hands out towards them.. feel their aura in your hands (it should tingle).. conncect with that energy (but do not intertwine yours and their energies)... now only touching their aura, push and pull on it gently.. u will notice the person swaying back and forth with each push and pull... if they are not swaying, you have not fully connected..

once u have learned to connect, try this..
take a candle and light it.. place it in front of you.. connect with the flames energies the same way as in the above excersize.. start moving the flame...

once u get used to connecting to energies telekenisis will become easier!

I remember reading something about developing telekenisis too. I think it was just an exercise for you to notice what the "energies" felt like. But it was something you could do by yourself.

Hold your hands apart, but palm facing palm. Then slowly bring them together, without them touching until you could feel the energy of the other hand. It is really a neat sensation.

You can also work on changing the temperature and the strength of the sensation.

Also if you get the chance to get ahold of dousing rods ... I had a pair that was made of copper (if I remember right). They were L-shaped and you held on to one part of them which was covered by a cylindar of the same metal. The cylindar was straight and allowed the L-Shaped bar inside to move. It was fun to hold one in one hand while you tried to manipulate the energies with your other hand and make it move in whatever direction you willed it to.

Of course it's more believable if you have someone else hold the rod while you try to manipulate it without telling them which way you are trying to make it move!

yes the rubbing your hands together is a great technique too, however it doesnt help much in learning to connect with foreign energies since they are your own.. perhaps rub your hand against someone elses? that might be interesting! lol but yes that is a great way to learn to feel energy and learn to manipulate it!
ive never used a dowsing rod, though i imagine that may work well!

Actually Myth rubbing your hand against someone else's might work. It would have to be something like that to be able to feel another's energy. Very Happy
