sorry for leaving class last night.
I was super nausus.. staring at the pc screen was making me more sick. I laid in bed with my eyes closed and started to feel better, then I would sit up and feel all sick again.
I left the room open so I can go back today and reread what I missed.
But most of the stuff was missing..
If anyone has notes please post them.
and if anyone is willing to help me feel better... please send positive enrgies to me due to fighting a cold and fighting the pain of my wisdom tooth coming in.. (ive been taking so much medicine I don't feel my head attached anymore )
thankies in advance

you may have been nauseous because of all the meds!! if at all possible try to cut back on them.. also peppermints work wonders for an upset tummy so grab you some peppermints and eat one or two it will help i promise! as far as pain and pressure from your wisdom tooth try this.. if its a tooth on the top.. apply some pressure to the back of your jaw (close to your ear) and massage it just as you would your temples if you had a headache.. there is a spot that if i hit it right and apply the right amount of pressure it will ease the pain ALOT! if its a bottom tooth massage the tip of your spine.. just above your hairline... also a head massage can releave alot of the pain... you can also try sucking on some ice cubes to help numb it a little.. and if all else fails, go pick up some orajel (even if its the baby kind) since it does work pretty good!!
hope u start feeling better soon hon!
