during tonights class i decided to do open questions since the turn out was small tonight and what not.. one of the questions that came up was shielding techniques and since i told them id post my technique so they could come back and look at it here it is..

first i visualize white light all througout my aura and my body... cleansing all negative energies.. then i visualize mirrors facing outward all around my bubble like one big bubble mirror.. the next step i do is visualizing negative energies and or entities trying to get into my bubble however not being able to do so..
the reason i do that is like a positive affirmation which does help aid the purpose of the shield..
so yeah voila your shielded!
