For those of you who want to see spirits in photos please do the following for next class:

Go into the darkest room in your home preferably no windows in that room. Have a flash light with you to enter the room then shut it off. I use my basement for this since that's were the spirit energy tends to be.

Open your eyes really wide and walk the room (put the flashlight in your pocket) with your arms stretched out so you can feel around the room. Soon you will see white cloud like energy floating around you so pay attention to the changes in that energy. You will start to see patterns and maybe faces at this point. You might also see outlines of spirits in human form. Get a sense of how it feel around this energy. What your body senses. Are you tingly or does it feel like cob webs around you?

You must ground & shield before you do this please and if at anytime you "feel" frightened send it white light then leave room.

I did this for two weeks and after that I started seeing spirits not only in photos but in front of me. You will too but keep at it. It won't come over night but it will come.

Please practice every day until class and log what you see in your journal.
