I see two men in this shot. They are side by side on the door were you have it circled.

I just glanced at it again and I actually see six spirits, two of which are female although there could be more paranormal activity and I sense there is. I see an elderly lady peeking her head out. and a younger woman (not a young girl but a woman).

Knowing's pic:

I see a woman in the circle next to a man with another male just over her head.Just adjacent to them on the far right I see an elderly lady peeking out and a little over from her another male face.

There are several other spirit forms that almost resemble a face on that door so my guess is little energy was available for them to manifest like the others.

How did I do knowing?
