Another way to protect ourselves from other people’s energy is to send it back with love, imagine you surround yourself with white mirrors, this way if anyone is sending you negative vibes or thoughts you can send it back to them, of course with white light and love.

METHODS OF CLOSING DOWN AND GROUNDING EXERCISE

Closing down is what we do after any psychic/spiritual work to close off all links and connections with other energies that we have made either consciously or subconsciously. After any kind of development or psychic/spiritual work it’s very important to close down because we will leave ourselves open during normal day to day activities for unwanted energies (even spirits)..

If you use the same exercise to open up then you should close down the same way, for example, imagine if you imagine when you open up a white light coming into the top of your head and goes down to your feet, then for closing down imagine it going in reverse and back from your feet and out of your head which closes all connections and links. You can also imagine rising out of your body to open and when you close down imagine entering back in.

Sit with your feet firmly flat on the floor and then imagine you are zipping yourself into a sleeping bag and your zipped up right over your head fully enclosed. It can also be a color you zip up instead. This will shield you.
