Hello all,
since ADD is an indigo trait and many of us here are indigos i thought it to be very helpful to post a simple diet which is very very beneficial to people with ADD.. ok ok i know alot of you are probably saying "on no its the evil D word!" no no its not that kind of diet..
all you need to do is the first thing you eat in the mornings may not contain sugars (unless they are natural sugars from fruit or something like that)..
then simply avoid all foods with red or blue dyes (very very evil thing for people with ADD!!) then the last thing you eat before going to bed should contain protein..
the reason for eating protein before bed is that it will help you sleep better and you will wake more rested... most people with ADD suffer from insomnia, and lack of sleep can cause ADD effects to flare up...
this is a wonderful diet i have used it myself (i have ADD).. and i noticed a difference that same day.. i do not follow it every day but if u know there is something u really need to be able to focus on then its very useful!
this diet works both on kids and adults..
