CLEARING
PERSONAL ENERGIES

• Ground yourself using your favourite method.
• Visualize a beam of the Highest, Purest, Most Divine form of Energy, symbolized as White Light, coming down to you from the Source of all Creation, the Source of all Energy.
• Ask that this beam of Light now thoroughly cleanse all of your energy bodies, removing all negative and unwanted energies, all energies that no longer serve your Highest Good, all energies that are not yours, and especially any and all energies that do not consciously serve the Creator.
• Direct these unwanted energies out into the Universe to be neutralized, or up the beam of White Light back to the Source.
• Once you have cleansed yourself, imagine that you are encased in a golden pyramid, which is totally and completely impenetrable to all external energies. (You could also use a bubble of White Light, or any strong defence vision of your choice.)

CLEARING
PERSONAL SPACES

• Do this at least once a day, or even more often if you feel that it is necessary, such as after you have had company or if anyone has released negative emotions.
• Follow the first three steps of the personal cleansing asking this time that the White Light now thoroughly cleanse and purify all the structural components of your personal space and everything in it.
• Do this by seeing the White Light penetrate every bit of space and every object. You can visualize painting the space White or simply seeing everything covered in White Light. Use whatever visualization works best for you.
• The space can be your home, your car, a boat, or where you work. If it is your home, imagine the White Light also flowing over the land, up to the edge of your property. Put the White Light into all structures on your property, including cars, bicycles, lawnmowers, etc. In other words, put White Light into everything that you own.
• When you have cleansed the space with the White Light, encase it in a golden pyramid, but this time your pyramid has an opening at the top, which is formed by the sides not meeting. Instead, they turn at a forty-five degree angle, extending upward to form a tunnel or shaft going straight up through the beam of White Light, back to the Creator.
• Once you have created the pyramid you state - “Let it be known throughout all existence that I now claim this space. No external energies are allowed in unless I consciously invite them. Any energies that come in uninvited, or are inadvertently released or brought in, or come in because some other level of my mind invited them without my conscious awareness, or for whatever reason remain in the White Light, are not allowed to stay unless they serve the Highest Good of all concerned, unless they consciously came to bring joy, peace, happiness and unconditional love, and only if they consciously serve the Creator; otherwise, let it be known throughout all existence that they must exit my pyramid immediately and the only way out is up the tunnel, back to the Source.

CORE ALIGNMENT

• See your spine as a rod of White Light, extending into infinity above you into the Universal energy field, the energy of the Divine Creative Intelligence, and below you into Mother Earth and on out into infinity. Feel the Universal energy flow into the white rod. See many white lines emanate from this rod, connecting to every cell and the entire DNA in your body, filling you with the White Light of the Creator.
• As this unlimited supply of White Light flows into, through, and out your body in the way that is best for you, it cleanses and heals you. It centers, balances and grounds your energies. Visualize all your negative and unwanted energies travelling down the rod into Mother Earth and out into the universe to be neutralized.
• You can extend it outward from your physical body in any direction or at any distance that you choose. To create a protective cocoon of White Light around you, extend the Universal energy an arm's length on each side of you, in front of you, behind you, above and below you.
• Your cocoon is totally and completely impenetrable to any external energies, unless they are for your highest good, but only if they also consciously serve the Creator.
