ACHIEVING YOUR BASIC PSYCHIC LEVEL

Here are a series of mental exercises that will enable you to achieve your basic psychic operating level.

Basic Colors #1

• Sit in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Take the phone off the hook and turn off any potential distractions
• Close your eyes
• Take three deep breaths to relax
• Visualize yourself holding seven balloons on separate strings: a red one, an orange one, a yellow one, a green one, a blue one, an indigo one (dark blue), and a violet one.
• One at a time, release the balloons. Allow each one to float up and out of your mental sight. You can release them in any order you like.
• When you have released them all, open your eyes and repeat exercise as often as you wish.

If you have problems with visualization in creating colors, don’t worry just label them with the words red, orange, and so forth.

Basic Colors #2

• Close your eyes
• Allow a red ball to appear at the right side of your mental vision. Allow it to move across your vision and disappear out the left side of your mental vision.
• Then do the same with the orange ball. Continue with all the colors.
• Next, bring them back in reverse order from the left side to your right side of your vision, and out the right side.

2. 2. create shapes (balloon shape and ball shape),
3. 3. create and control movement up and across, and
4. 4. relax in a fast and simple manner, allowing your brain to create the alpha waves needed for creative visualization.
